Good afternoon Blazer basketball fans, wherever you may be -- it's an exciting time to be a Blazer fan. Whether you just discovered the team as part of the Greg Oden lottery era, or are an old school been-with-them-through the glory days of 77 on forward, this team is on the brink of a special time.
We are especially pleased with Blazer management's moves this summer to bring back Steve Blake and re-sign Travis Outlaw. We are equally bummed to see Ime Udoka left out of the loop, since he is such a workhorse (started 75 games last season) and now he's just SOL and will probably leave us soon.
Stay tuned as fall camp starts up soon, and watch this space for any and all Blazer happenings.

Like Isaac of 1080 The Fan said, Udoka could start for a non-playoff team. He wants more $$ (deservedly so), but he won't start on a playoff team for the amount of money he's asking for.
yes, it's a sad fact that he won't start elsewhere but I'm irked that Portland can't show him a little more love than they currently are.
He brought us about 10 of the 34 wins last year.
